“Terrible service, lost delivery”

Terrible customer service, not helpful, lost delivery and still chasing the items I ordered 10 days ago. It was the next day delivery but lost in delivery. Their delivery service say thry delivered to my neighbour but no note left into my house regarding this. They send me the form to fill it for investigation missing items. It took 5 days the form arrives and they now say the investigation can take another 2 weeks for making decision to refund or replacement. This is the one of the worst service I've ever since. I never recommend to buy online items from jd sports.
