£20 late payment charge!!! Scandalous! My insurance policy rolled on automatically through no correspondence whilst I was working away then premium credit tried to take two months payments on the same day, I wasn't planning on using the same home insurance provider and when I returned home it was the 15th day a day earlier and I would of fell into my 14 day cooling off period,, these people do want to budge, Intead of paying the £20 fee I rather pay the £50 cancellation fee.
