My mother in law bought a John Lewis e-gift card for me for my birthday but included a typo in my e-mail address by mistake so that I didn't receive it.
I e-mailed John Lewis, and the Customer Service team replied extremely promptly and sorted out the mistake. I received my e-gift card the same day by e-mail.
I was impressed by this service and am now looking forward to spending my voucher!
