“Professional, efficient and friendly re-mortgage service”

This is my first time using an intermediary for arranging my mortgage and I am highly delighted with the service I received from the person I dealt with of Echo Finance. Every step of the process was clearly explained and swift support was always available when I needed it. The initial consultation was thorough and painless, the follow-up recommendation was equally comprehensive and at no point did I feel pressured into anything. We were even able to make some last minute tweaks to the proposal which gave me an even better proposal. All my questions were answered so that I felt totally confident before making any decision. Going the extra mile appears to come naturally to the person I dealt with and Echo Finance to make sure my re-mortgage completed on time. I’m very satisfied with the mortgage product I now have, shall definitely be using the person I dealt with and Echo Finance again and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone else.
