“Bad customer service ”

My iPhone wouldn't turn on couldn't do anything with it , went into Apple Bromley the phone was out of warranty just . They advised the screen needed to be replaced it was going to cost £170 , I'm sorry but it was working fine before it turned its self off for no reason . I told the technician no I'm sorry I'm not paying for a new screen on this I phone as I'm changing it in a couple of months , they came back managed to get the Apple symbol back on the screen he then plugged it into the lap top and it still wouldn't work so he said I'm sorry but it must be a hardware issue . He then said to me there is nothing else I can do ., and let me go out the shop without solving my issue the manager was standing right next to the gentleman and didn't even say anything. I would not recommend Apple to anyone bad service.
