Due to reasons beyond our control we had to cancel a booked break over a month in advance, no customer friendly retention,just pay us or we will add costs on and send it on to a collection company, we have spent a huge amount at shearings in the past, not a penny more will go to this customer unfriendly company, you are a booking number, no more, spend money where it is appreciated holiday companies we use are usually very helpful in resolving issues not purely money orientated.
