Poor customer service. I had a simple question to ask, but could not find a phone number to call and speak to a person. I used their "ask a question" option and sent my question. I received an email saying that they received my question and someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. I got back on the website and chose their "live chat" option. It took a while for someone to finally connect with me and meanwhile I was tethered to my computer watching and waiting. I then had to re-explain my situation to the person on the chat. It was very time consuming and not very helpful. I wish I could have called and spoken to someone it would have been much less complicated and I think my questions would have been answered more clearly.
