The repair of damage to both drivers side doors was arranged through Motability at the Middlesbrough branch. They asked for photos of the damage to be emailed to them so that they could prepare for the repair.
The initial booking had to be rearranged and the new appointment was verified by email. On the morning of the car being collected Nationwide called me to confirm the address and time of collection.
I was informed of the progress of the repair on the day of the collection and I was kept informed of the progress throughout. Collection of the car was arranged and carried out efficiently.
