“Being someone that enjoys reading and likes powerful...”

written by james789 on 10/02/2009

Good Points
I honestly can't think of many

Bad Points
I thought the acting was no where near up to standards of modern films, boring, corney, and way overrated.

General Comments
Being someone that enjoys reading and likes powerful stories, I can honestly say I think this is the most overrated film of all time. I sat in the cinema bored out of my head for well over 2 houres while I watched this boring, lifeless film full of subtitles. The film is basically about a life love story of a boy from the Mumbai slums that just happens to get on, oh yes, the Indian version of the TV show 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' just to find with love of his life. And you guessed it, wins the top prize of 20 million rupees.
for those reviews that say how powerful and striking the story is, I regulary see more powerful story lines on a weekly basis on TV soaps such as Eastenders.
I wouldn't waste my money again on this awful attempt at a film
