“BEWARE sub standard plants awful customer service”

BEWARE!! of gardening express, DO NOT BELIEVE their website, or some of the positive reviews, I do not understand why this company hasn't been shut down yet by trading standards, you would be very lucky if you receive your order and then be happy with it. I am a property developer and regularly order plants in quantities mail order, this company is by far the worst I have encountered. I recently ordered £200 worth of various plants, 'extra large' description is a joke!, some were missing and others damaged so bad they would not survive, I opened a claim, continually fobbed off asking for more and more pictures when damage was clear on first one, then said they could see no damage and to cut the damaged part off! The damage was the main trunk of an 'extra large' acer which had vertically split in two for a third of the it's length!..and they just ignore the missing plants.. if they ignore this now, I will be reporting them to trading standards and it's director
