General Comments
I initially placed the order and 4 weeks later the TV still was not in, although it was still advertised on the website. No-one from the company had contacted me during this time; I wonder if I had not contacted them whether I would have been updated by Electrosaver. I accepted a similar one as I was told no more would be coming in of the type ordered. This arrived without batteries and I think this was not a new one as it would not automatically tune in. Over the course of 4 weeks I phoned 10 times and each time someone promised to call me back and on only one occasion someone did. I was unable to take a call for 5 minutes, so another call was promised but not made.



The standard of customer service is appalling " I also find it totally unacceptable that products are still advertised although they have been out of stock for weeks.



Recommendation " Don ' t shop here!
