Never will we buy from Theme Park Tickets Direct.co.uk again! Please be warned that when you buy your tickets on-line the website does not state when you will eventually get them!!! Having bought our tickets back in May 2010 and the money was taken from our account the same day... we have however, only just had our tickets arrive today 7th August 2010 and we fly out on the 14th August. Had Visa not been involved I'm not sure when we would have got them.



Having bought on-line, the recorded delivery messages all sound great and the congratulations your tickets will be sent once you have bought them is great too but beware... I thought they would arrive a.s.a.p however, having sent several e-mails to the Company and phoned them too, each person told me a different story as to when they will arrive, I was even told "you can pick them up in orlando if they don't come" great! but thats not what we have paid for.



Not only does the company keep you money and gain interest on it, you can't cancel your tickets because the company will keep 10% of your transaction amount. A nice way to earn money! Oh and if they don't arrive you will only get 80& of your money back... Nice!!





I involved Visa, in this transaction deal with theme park ticket direct, rest assured that if you can pin the company down to provide you with written evidence of when they intend to deliver your tickets, and then fail to do so within the time scale, you can claim for charge back if you paid using a visa debit card. The company will refund your money and then chase the theme park company for their money because they have broken their contract with you.



Additionally our theme park tickets arrived but our kids eat free cards didn't. When we rang to ask where they were, we were told they didn't have any and havn't done for some time... Ask yourself this? why can you still buy them on-line today... trade description? Why didn't they inform us of this ages ago? Why did they not refund our money when sending our park tickets on? and finally why does it take a week to refund our money especially when they have have it for two months?



Have they been upfront and honest? No not in our experience!



Please make up you mind if you want the uncertainty of using this comapany... I have since ordered tickets from Attraction Tickets.com and they were fab and prompt, less than a week!
