I haven't had a film sent to me that is under two years old.

It's really complex to cancel your account, and all the while you are trying to fulfill their criteria they are taking your money. They say it's for 'legal reasons' but it's clearly designed to make it so complicated and full of hassle that people will give up and keep renting.

Customer service is 100% non existent. I sent 4 emails asking them to please NOT send any more discs as I was cancelling, all of which they ignored. And then they sent me an email to say the next title was on it's way! (this one was over three years old.)

Took deal on through Groupon who should be ashamed of themselves.
