These guys are little more than conn artists, stay away. They advertised a black carrier case for a sansa cliip including belt clip and carrier strap. What was delivered was a green pouch for a mobile phone that was approximately 6 or 7 times the size of the mp3 player, no belt clip, no carrier strap and no means of operating the mp3 player if placed inside the monstrosity. The company totally ignored my emails and my statutory rights when i asked for a refund under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. I have refered the matter to trading standards but would be customers should STAY AWAY FROM SHOPBLUE.
