“Rubbish! ”

Rubbish!

I got this as a birthday present from my family on a Linux system and at first it was fine, I mean it worked and although a poor web cam it was much appreciated.

Then from there it all went bad ...

The web cam stopped working altogether and so did the voice recorder and the music player. The Flash went so unable to watch things like Youtube and then the tool bar went so which meant I couldn't go on ANYTHING! We sent it back 5 times, promised that it was going to be fixed.

One year after purchase and six months after the repetitive sending backward and forward, this product is going to be sold (when it eventually get's fixed) and my mum's already brought me a new one for my next birthday!

I thought Dell was a good brand, and was shown by the price, but obviously wrong. I hate Dell with a passion and hope with our hearts we can get a complete and utter refund!
