Good Points
The yoga class is excellent.
Bad Points
Oh so many. Very overpriced, it also takes ten-fifteen minutes to get through the doors because there's always seems to be two people doing paperwork and not one serving. Staff making mistakes with bookings, disruptive tannoy messages asking for "attention in the building" making everyone stand to attention when they only need a member of staff, sauna is broken, they don't provide basic equipment such as yoga mats for classes, swimming cubicles are damaged or don't lock, bad layout means swimmers can't use private showers without getting changed and crossing the foyer, a cashless system outfront is unfriendly to casual visitors, and a poor heating system means teachers unable to control room temperatures
General Comments
Although the management may be dealing with problems beyond their control (heating system and building layout) It would be so easy for them to ask one receptionist to serve people using the centre while another deals with membership queries an paperwork.
