Good Points
Excellent customer service / warranty service.
Good color compensation (auto WB with a flashlight).
Wonderful stability. I took good shots even in current.
Never flooded on me at all... taken to 70' + depth.

Bad Points
Macro doesn't get as close as I'd like (min dist 2").
Some blur at corners of images.
Some durability issues with the camera (shutter button failed on me).

General Comments

My SeaLife DC800 shutter button failed after about 20 dives, not sure why. BUT - I sent it in under warranty and they totally hooked me up with new gear so I am very happy. I wrote the previous post also. Most mid-range underwater cams have some blur around the edges. Good value on this one, and excellent company back-up on the warranty. This is a smallish US company and I feel bad about having written the last review.
