Their customer service has been terrible, slow, patronising and unhelpful for me. Our fridge freezers developed large cracks across the back after less than 4 years. We paid for an engineer to call but it is irreparable. Although we had an eight year guarantee which meant we could replace the fridge at a discount, Whirlpool has added a host of hidden charges which makes the discount virtually worthless. I would NEVER buy another Whirlpool product.
