Why is Create and Craft so greedy? First there is a big announcement about the reduction of the P&P charges. THEN we find that the cost of calling the order line is DOUBLED. What skinflints!!!! Don't they realise that thousands of customers find other ways of buying their needs. Most traders deliver so much faster than C&C, some don't even charge for delivery. People watch the very good demonstrations, research the items and buy elsewhere.

The, so called, customer services department is a misnomer, they do not provide a service at all, and sometimes are quite rude.

Letters to Peterborough are mostly ignored. All in all, not a company to deal with. I don't buy from them now. Experience is a wonderful thing.
