Nice looking phone but that is all for me. Trying to get the back off to insert sim card took me an hour and trying to insert the memory in side of phone just as bad I feel, only had this phone two months and has gone back for second repair faulty ear piece. Battery is poor also in my opinion, The worst phone I have ever bought. Therefore I do not recommend the Samsung J700.
