Good Points
Experienced, lots of dresses, and big discounts in sale. Friendly and professional.

Bad Points
Crowded area when trying trying dresses on. Have to pay in full there and then to take advantage of sale prices.

General Comments
Just read comments on Berketex and I went to the one in Manchester and ordered my dress. I had a great afternoon and the only faults were the ones listed above.



Wedding is very soon (October) so I am obviously concerned that I won't get my dress in time now. I was told exactly how much my dress would cost to be altered and how long it would take. Although, I did have a good experience in the shop, I'll have to let you know about after sales service!
