Good Points
Food, staff friendliness

Bad Points
Not enough smoking areas, prohibitive cost of tours and cabins were not very well designed and the only lounge available for smokers to use (not anymore) was too hot and very noisy after 11.00pm. So people left and went back to their cabins.

General Comments
Very enjoyable cruise on the Artemis but mainly due to P&O's attitude towards smokers, we will not be booking with them again. Is our money not as good as non smokers?
