After 8 years I've finally had enough. Terrible service, branch staff appaling, phone banking people just as bad, complaints not dealt with, and so many mess ups that I can't take it anymore. No one takes responsibility, stupid admin failings on their part, easy to sort out I needed to ask literally 6 times over the course of 10 months to fix something (in this instance my new address where paper statements should be sent too). Beyond hopeless. I'm taking my business else where.
