Good Points
It's very attractive and compact and will look very good on the shelf. With effort, it produces an acceptable grind of coffee for cafetieres.
Bad Points
It's hard work and messy to use, and looks impossible to clean properly.
General Comments
The Whittard Coffee Grinder is claimed to be "easily adjustable" but the "adjust" is provided by how hard the user is pulling the handle upwards as it's turned. This makes it an extra effort to grind even a small amount of coffee.
The design is that the ground beans fall through into a small wooden drawer, but the setup means the ground coffee sprays around the edges, so that when the drawer is pulled out, some of the ground coffee spills. You can't take the grinder apart for individual cleaning, so stale bits of coffee beans linger in the grinder unless the user takes a tedious amount of effort - far more than required to grind the initial amount of coffee - to get the last bits out.
Costs £22. Not worth the price for me.
