“I have never come across such an appauling level of...”

I have never come across such an appauling level of customer service from a caravan company.
The owner of the company despite us being loyal customers of some years proved to be someone for whom the customer genuinely comes LAST.


The Herald Caravans Ltd team are friendly, but this caravan company clearly have a business plan of "take the deposits from customers whatever it takes."
