“Avoid this company”

We placed an order with this company on 27 June 2017 which never arrived. We sent many emails, most of which were ignored but on a couple of occasions a message that the issue would be looked into when they returned to work in a day or so. When we then started requesting repayment, we were completely ignored.
When I wrote mentioning the bad reviews of the company I'd read, a reply came stating that those reviews were fraudulent and had been written by competitors and that the company were seeking advice from their attorney.
We've had no further correspondence from them since despite more emails from us.
My advice is DO NOT deal with this company. It's far too possible that you won't receive the goods ordered and you'll be ignored or treated like a fool.
