General Comments
I ordered a printer ribbon on 3 July 2008 which I never received. I tried e-mailing and phoning and eventually got through to customer services where an employee acknowledged that the goods had not been delivered and had ended up back in their warehouse. She promised to arrange for a credit to go back on my credit card but this has still not happened as of yet.
