“Terrible service”

I ordered on 12th November, money taken on 12th November, email to say order sent out on 22nd November ....... email today (1st December) to say order now left UK for France!! Where has it been for 8 days then!! Not sure I believe these emails, did they have it in stock or not!?!?!?! Was it really sent out on 22nd November. As I live in France I have to pay high delivery charges £9.99 for absolutely disgusting delivery service. Nearly 3 weeks and still nothing. Will not use again. Crafter's Companion usually send order out next day and it's delivered to France within 2 - 3 days at a cost of £5.00..... if they can do it then so can Create and Craft. Guess who I will be buying from in future.
