I have been using this the submission 2000 software for more then 2months now and believe it has helped me quit allot in terms of ranking. for the past month i have seen my website went from page 11 to page 5!

they have send me a step by step manual right after i purchase the pregame and i cant be more grateful. keep up the good work

I used the software for like 2 weeks and I wrote them an email to cancel the subscription because I was not happy with the software. They wrote back asking why I want to cancel and then has someone to even call me about convincing me to stay on. I wrote and told them to cancel my account as I no longer need them. Guess what? They charged my credit card the usual monthly fee of $35 THREE TIMES in less than a week, like every other two days! I tried to call their support phone number but no one answers. They are located in Australia so that makes it difficult to get any kind of support. Their email support isn't good either. The only thing I can do is call my credit card and dispute the charges. Why would they charge a customer $35, the monthly rate, three times in a week? I have a long list of other charges on my business card and I could have easily not noticed their charge. However since it was so often in less than a week, it stood out and I was very upset. Guys, don't bother with them.
