Promised Delivery Date Was Missed, And My Computer

Promised delivery date was missed, and my computer was delivered three days later after making phone calls to Mesh. Code supplied for Windows XP installation was wrong, and I had to wait two days to get the proper code. XP disc was cracked, so I had to wait three days for a new disc. 3 months old the Hard drive packed up. At 6 months the Sony VDU didn't work, and I was told by Mesh to sort it out with Sony. Sony supplied three VDU's, all of which didn't work. I finally got one that did, but they lost my original VDU at their workshops. CD drive packed up after a year.

Had to wait ages to get an answer from the Customer Service (£52.00 in calls at £1.00 a minute). When I made a complaint they hung up. I wrote a letter and it took them 5 weeks to answer. At three years old the power pack blew and cost me £45 for a new one from Mesh, but I had to pick it up.

I Had Nothing But Trouble With My Mesh Xp2000 Comp

I had nothing but trouble with my Mesh XP2000 computer when I first purchased it. The after sales service was appalling, when you could get through. I often had to wait 30 minutes to speak to an operator. Staff could not care less, and I would recommend my worst enemy to steer clear of Mesh. It is that bad.

I Found That Mesh Has Reproduced Their Specifacati

I found that mesh has reproduced their specifacations and their perfomance. My delivery of a mesh 3000+ AGP which was due to arrive on the 4th of february arrived at that date and at the time they had given me. The computer works fine with what I use it for (as i am a heavy gamer)I paid £644 for this machine and the specification for that price is absolutely brilliant. THANKS MESH.

Since July 2004, My £1100 Mesh Xp2000 Pc Has

Since July 2004, my £1100 Mesh XP2000 PC has not done anything that it was bought for. It can't carry out video editing as the drivers are supplied out of date, the replacement ones do not have the correct arrangement to drive the thing they are supposed to. I have lost several files with pictures in them, as the PC has deleted them somehow. The HDD and RAM were replaced, unneccesary I thought, but Mesh wanted to look like they were doing something (only because I drove for 3 hours to their offices and demanded that something be done).

I bought Pinnacle 9 as an extra, what a pile of rubbish. No support there either. I have an extra firewire card in the tower(alledgedly), but it was supposed to be connected to a port at the front of the PC. Mesh couldnt do that, but still put the card in without telling me it couldnt be where I wanted it. Oh yes, I paid extra for that card too.

Customer support is non-exsistent. If you do get someone to talk to, they are as thick as bricks. They will have you deleting files all over the place in an effort to look as though they are doing something. Then at 6pm, they cut you off as it their going home time. PC not working? Tough. How nice.

There are too many problems to list, but you get the picture.

Unbelievably, I still have my PC(it is now Feb 05), it still doesn't do the things I bought it for, but I am determined to make it happen. Yes, I could push for a refund (after all it was proven to be faulty within 6 months of purchase), but I took a long time to decide on this PC. It will work! Tiny, Evesham, Dell etc all have bad support.

My advice is to buy a PC as close to home as possible, that way you can get things done as you are not reliant on them answering the phone.

I Cannot Find The Words To Express How I Feel Abou

I cannot find the words to express how I feel about the attitude of Mesh Computers PLC and the Mesh XP2000I bought from them. My computer proved to be faulty, twice. It took from August 2004 to November 2004 to obtain a refund and heaven knows what my phone bill will look like. There customer care is woeful, worse than that, it's sad. Sad that human beings are reduced to working in an environment where care for another means so little.

I would never, repeat never deal with this company again. On my experience alone, they deserve to fail. I urge anyone thinking about purchasing from them to be very careful, research customer care comments about Mesh on the web, then keep your money safely in your pocket until you find another supplier. Don't give them the opportunity to make your life a misery for 4 months. Life is too short.

Don't, don't, don't.

I regret buying the Mesh XP2000. Go elsewhere to buy a computer - but not Mesh. At this rate they will close soon their customer care is so bad.

Took Delivery 27th May, 2nd Of June It Went Wrong

Took delivery 27th May, 2nd of June it went wrong asked for refund,they said it was my fault due to third party software I had put on it [ McAfee, ZoneAlarm etc] they did not answer Recorded Delivery letters, still waiting for something to be sorted out in the hands of Credit card coy now that's Mesh Computers for you

I Bought A Mesh Xp2000 Computer System Two Years A

I bought a Mesh XP2000 Computer System two years ago and it is rubbish. The technical support is so bad they are unbelievable. I demanded to speak to a supervisor about my system (I was not rude) and I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse and when I refused to accept these excuses they cut me off THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE.

Please do not buy a Mesh you WILL regret it.

I wish I'd looked here before I bought a Mesh PC!

I can identify with everything that everyone else has said. I bought a custom build Mesh ZP2000 for over a grand and it didn't work on arrival. I phoned the clueless tech support people and they couldn't help - saying that the machine would have to be returned and the fault diagnosed. I had payed for an on-site warranty but this only covers hardware apparently. So, it begs the question - how do they know that it's NOT a hardware fault over the phone? Does Doris Stokes work there?

If it's not a hardware fault then it MUST be a software fault right? Mesh therefore obviously DON'T test their systems before despatch despite saying they do.

The other outrageous thing that they do is take your money the day after you order your system. Mine arrived (dead) two weeks later. I have since returned it and I'm STILL waiting for my credit card refund. That's a month that they've had my money now.

I have telephoned my local Trading Standards office and they told me that if you're unhappy you can phone your credit card company and tell them that you have a "disputed transaction" and that you would like a "Chargeback" to be put in place. This basically means that Mesh (or whoever) don't get paid! Hooray!! So, there's a tip - always pay by credit card.

And dont get me started on the Mesh phone queues..........

Well your the lucky one...! customer service IS appauling... and i can identify with all the previous people.. Its like all things,you can get a good one, but there are too many "not quite right bits" about mine example the sound card wasn`t harmonised with the PC and had to get a file sent etc etc but it is still working I WON`T BUY ANOTHER

I have had a Mesh Matrix XP 1900 for 2 years now, the only problems I have had were caused by me, very happy with it
