Ford Transit Will Cost You Loads In Lost Income While Off Ro
I got my self a new transit about 18 months back because I wanted something that would not let me down.
How wrong was I, Been into for about 14 times with different things, seat went ( not covered on warranty they told me ) the latest thing down is we need a new gearbox, the van has only done 29000 miles .
Please do not buy one ,the service from ford is very bad and they are always trying to get out of warranty.
I wish I would of paid a bit more and got a merc.

For A New Van V Basic And Rough.
I bought this mwb med roof T350 100hp van it always felt very harsh on the gears but after 15,000 miles has not got any better. One afternoon lost all coolant water two pipes had been rubbing and blown all the water out, now about 4 months later started to over heat again thought here we go another search for a leaky pipe got out looked in the water resivouir and was full to the brim of black thick oil. Just wondering has anyone suffered this. Also the side loading doors bearing has broken down and makes the door very difficult to open this is a very poor item to go after only 15 months old.

I've Come To This Site Because I Can't Be Botherd
I've come to this site because I can't be botherd surfing .
As far as the T350 Cab chasis is concerned, looks good but in 5 years three starter motors, 2 batteries and what sort of idiot designed the spared tyre behind the back mudguard and wheel, that you cannot get to on a good day, let alone where it is souposedly designed for German - English weather. The design of the so called multi tool, to lower the spare wheel with the aparatus we are provided with is a joke. The Ford Transit 350 LWB MR 125bhp looks good, drives well when it is going. After two years on the road you would be better off to trade it in for a Volkswagon.
this guy has obviously had a bad experience i have had mine for six years and had 1 battery (this year) 1 starter motor this year 50000 miles just completed and starts every time needs a service now still drives like a dream can't rate it enough

Ford Transit 350 Lwb Mr 125bhp Has Good Power, Han
Ford Transit 350 LWB MR 125bhp has good power, handling (it is a van not a hatchback) well thought out storage in the cab. Good stereo. comfy. reliable. Economy dose depend on the way you drive but driven right its not to bad.
Cheap on bits. Lots of after market extras can be brought.
About as good as you could expect, this is not a family car but used for what your suppose to use it for (carring goods) its spot on.

The Ford Transit 350 Lwb Mr 125bhp Is A Very Well
The Ford Transit 350 LWB MR 125bhp is a very well put together van.
having owned a l.w.b. transit 190 2.5 1993 for 10 years now and clocked up 359,000 miles on the same engine you can see why I am so pleased with my new van. there is just no comparison with the old model at all. they are cheaper to run (around mid thirtys )with a luton back , they will do 80-90 on the motor way all day in comfort.seating is on of the best i have tried. being 6ft 6 ins i need to have the seat fully back,i can do this and recline the seat as well for added comfort.all in all it's the best van I have ever owned ,including mercs.

The N/s Transit Is The Best In Its Class (yes, I D
The N/S Transit is the best in its class (Yes, I drove all the others to come to this conclusion).
The 125ps is the best option as it has good roadholding, smooth power & comfort. It is also more economical than the 90ps as there is hardly any strain or effort to drive with no noise or vibrating panels like the old Transit. There is a wide range of options to choose from to suit everyone.
