Jon Lee Anderson, Che Guevara: A Revolutionary Life - this book is very rich in events, characters and description of scenarios. The sensitivity of Jon Lee Anderson to understand, explain and contextualize delicate cultural, political and emotional subtleties is the most enjoyable part of the book.

I experienced El Che as an activist student at the University of Rosario, Argentina. At the end of the 60's I revolted against the "authority" in his name. Anderson's work expanded my knowledge about my own experience.

I only wished the author would have dedicated some space to discuss what has made Che Guevara possible - to discuss the premises that made Che take the actions he took and his philosophy.
