Hoover HD96M

Bought this dishwasher pump failed after 18 mths contacted hoover for an engineer to call out of 4 appointments they booked only once did an engineer show up none of the other failed appointments were cancelled still waiting for the thing to be repaired & hated it when it worked!

Hoover HD96M did not wash properley, residue on contents at the end of cycle (despite me rinsing everything before placing in the appliance). Did not dry, I had to dry everything on removing (most of the time had to go through a cycle twice to get things clean). A total waste of money!! Also, the helpline is useless! When I rang they basically said 'so what?.

I brought this dishwasher Jan' 09. I had to let it go due to poor performance. I feel that I wasted the money I spent on this dishwasher & would have been better off with a hotpoint in the first place. (have now got a hotpoint & very satisfied with it).

I bought a shiny new Hoover Dishwasher in June o4, 3 weeks later the dishwasher stopped allowing water in to wash.

After a lot of arguments a replacement was given.

4 weeks later, having been on holiday for nearly 3 weeks the thing failed again. 3 days for engineer, "I think it needs a timer unit, I will order one, about a week".

Needless to say I was not hapy. Several frustrated phone calls later I finally got an agreement to exchange for a different brand.
