Bombay Sapphire Dry Gin

Very good taste...

Smoothest tasting gin I have ever laid lips to. Highly recommended for any person that enjoys good quality spirits, whether or not you enjoy gin you'll love Bombay Sapphire.

Bombay Sapphire is, in my opinion, the perfect gin for a martini. Its assertive flavor, striking nose, and aromatic complexity make it the shining star of gins. On the downside, it is a bit too assertive in mixed drinks where the gin needs to share the spotlight with other flavors. But when mixed four-to-one with dry vermouth stirred with ice, it cannot be beaten. Add the classic speared olive (or an onion for a "Gibson"). While I prefer a twist of lemon peel with a Tanquerray martini, a cocktail olive pairs perfectly with a Bombay Sapphire martini.
