Servis M3102A

I have had this Servis M3102A washing machine for just over a year. It was as a replacement for an Indesit washer that gave up the ghost again after a year but was still under extended warranty so I was entitle to a FOC replacement!

My mum had a Servis washer for 7 years which was extremely quiet on full spin, so I was expecting the same. How disappointed was I? It is noisy just when washing and the spin cycle is deafening. It now rattles on top of the noise it makes whilst in full spin!! Why don't these manufacturers think about the fact that most people wash clothes in the evening when they are watching telly?

In my opinion the machine isn't robust enough to do a 1200 rpm spin.

Washing machines just aren't made to last anymore. I don't recommend taking out extended warranty either as it is more hassle than the machine is worth!!
