Russell Hobbs 3336 Classic

This has destroyed Russell Hobbs reputation for me overnight. It is however a very good illustration of how form can utterly confound function. The generous reservoir (12 cups) is filled through a tiny opening at the top of either tower. The last few cups worth has to be poured in from a height above the unit to clear the open lid - you need a good eye and a steady hand - This is definitely not a "morning after" machine. This might be forgiveable if it made decent coffee - it doesn't. It coughs and splutters for long enough to take the dog for a walk and offers a jug of tepid coffee for your patience.This is the first product that has made me angry enough to find where I can leave a review!
