Welligogs.co.uk's response to problem with expensive leather boots was very poor. A buckle broke after only a few weeks use. Welligogs.co.uk ignored my initial e-mail then they insisted I needed to return the boots to Welligogs.co.uk at my own expense. I sent them a photo showing the clear problem and suggested Welligogs.co.uk pay for me to have it repaired locally (as it seemed a low cost repair). They refused and only returning the boots to Welligogs.co.uk (at my own expense with no guarantee they would do anything) was offered. I got the boots repaired locally for £4. They may have saved a few quid but now instead of recommending the boots which I do like I will tell friends not to do business with Welligogs.co.uk as they are not interested in you once they have made the sale.

The order was delivered by Welligogs as promised in a week. The quality of the boots and design were excellent.
