An Ideal Husband By Oscar Wilde Is An Utterly Ench

An Ideal Husband by Oscar Wilde is an utterly enchanting read, encapsulating the wit and sharp paradoxes that Wilde was famous for. With an intricate and carefully designed plot line, the playwright explores the nature of his characters through the adamant statement that "every saint has a past and every sinner a future" (A Women Of No Importance). It is my opinion that An Ideal Husband is a mimic of Wilde's own experiences and feelings of resentment towards a fickle society who eventually discovered his past.
