Silver Com looks like an internet scam.

I ordered via their website, my card was debited and I received an email to say the goods had been despatched. Nothing was ever received and they have not replied to any emails. There is no customer services phone number and the sales phone number is unregistered.

Apaprently according to a scams website Silver com have vacated the registered premises in Northampton over a year ago.

Paid Silver Com for goods almost 2 months ago and only had one email 5 weeks ago despite sending 1 per week. I've been caught up in a scam before and this looks like another. Will be contacting Trading Standards Office.

Do not use Silver Com. They do not respond to e mails and do not deliver the goods. They are a disgrace.

Paid for a product on Silver Com and I never received. My recommendation: AVOID!!! Customer care just via e-mail: I never got a reply. (No telephone number to ring them up) Numerous appeals for secure transactions on their site, just facade to get peoples trust. Disgrace they are for the way they treat "customers".

If you don't want to lose your money don't buy anything from www.silvercom.co.uk. They take your money but that is the last you will hear from them. They promise 24-48 hour free delivery but after one month they still haven't shipped the item. You cannot phone them...they have no phone listed. We have sent them over 7 emails and they ignore them. We have reported them to the authorities and want to warn consumers to STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a playstation 2 game and a light gun from silvercom thinking it would be here the next day. I waited 3+ weeks for these to arrive and they didn't so i emailed silvercom. I got a reply back saying they would be with me within 3 days. 3 days later nothing came so i emailed them again and i got told exactly the same: "goods should be sent out to you within the next 3 days" so i waited another 3 days and nothing came. I emailed them for the 3rd time and i got told the game was and has been out of stock for 2 weeks and would i still like the gun. I emailed them back saying yes, i would still like the gun. That was 3 days ago, i didn't get a reply email and i'm still waiting for the gun to arrive. Not good.

The www.silvercom.co.uk site in general is alright. But it has MANY bad points: old products, not many things of interest. Typical same as every other cheaply run site. Great LCD Fitting Service.

Silvercom.co.uk is a great site for mobile accessories. I have also been back and purchased some Ink Cartridges, got them next day, they say they are soon starting Post-Pay & Pre Pay phones, i can't imagine how cheap they will be. The stuff these guys have is amazing. All the Accessories you need. I bought a V3688 for £40.00 and converted it to a V66 Lookalike for only £25.00, brilliant, BIG UP SILVERCOM.CO.UK
