Efectivamente, la calidad del papel higiénico marca Kirkland he bajado muchísimo, no es una perscepción personal; lo hemos comentado ya muchos socios. En México desgraciadamente las personas acostumbran a criticar, más no a quejarse o a comunicar lo que piensan a quienes deben hacerlo. En mi caso y por ser fiel a Costco desde sus inicios en San Diego Cal. Me siento comprometida a hacerlo correctamente. Desde hace mucho tiempo, prácticamente desde que cambiaron la presentación de los rollos de papel envueltos individualmente; la calidad comenzó a bajar, el papel es mucho más delgado. Los socios nos damos cuenta de ello y lo platicamos. No me gusta que critiquen a Costco, pero cuando hay razón, me siento mal, no me gusta, porque soy no sólo fan, sino promotora convencida. Mucho agradeceré tomen en cuenta lo del papel y hagan algo al respecto. Por su atención mil gracias.

this is the worst foodsaver product on the market it takes much time to try to get bags into the slot to seal and if the bags curl it is impossible. i use this product evvery day and it give me nothing but problems i will never buy another seal a meal product

Due to a website malfunction (that Costco admits was their fault), my order defaulted to my home address, rather than an address to which a Christmas gift was to be sent to another state. Even so, the package did not arrive at my home for 16 days (on New Years Eve) and it was a food item that was rotten when recieved. After numerous calls and promises of a refund within 3-4 days, I am still waiting 45 days after my order was placed. I was promised a confirmation email that did not arrive. I was then told that refunds were suspended for a period of time while they did inventory, but I should have it in a 10 working day time period, which did not happen. I was then told that they would send an email to the credit department to expedite, but that didn't happen. I was then told that another email was sent to credit, and they would follow up to me with another email, but that was not recieved. I was then told another request to expedite was put through and they would call me back with status the next day, but no call. I'm still waiting and very frustrated after 8 tries to get my refund. I recommend shopping in-store only if you want to do business with Costco. Heaven forbid you may have to request a refund from these folks.

I just received a bed from Costco, and they just brought it to our store for $200 less. The only way to receive the price adjustment is to return the bed to costco.com and then buy it from the warehouse.

I cannot fault anything. I was one of the first customers through the door when Costco opened in Liverpool. I have since retired, and I can honestly say it made my business a success. Now I am retired I still buy lots. I am waiting now for my £100 off a piano, and I will be there waiting at the door with my Costco passport.

The staff are the best I have ever dealt with, and I know business. My father got his fist business when I was 8, and I am now 65, and made a good living through dealing with people like Costco staff. Well done.

We have no health insurance due to spouses job change. I was told about Costco Pharmacy and checked online prices, they were cheaper than my co-pays!! All these major drug stores are making a mint! The service is good, meds the same, great job. Costco, I thought I would have to do without some meds but now I found you. Thanks so much!

I have been using Costco for over 5 years, and I have always found a good level of service and goods offered.

They are very good at refunding damaged goods. I recently returned an item with no quibble at all. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the food in the food hall is of very good quality!

Keep up the good work Costco. I love the space down the aisles. The fruit is my favorite, and the ready made food, including the smoothie stand.
