The corridors had water leakage problems and stale old mats placed down. Cleanliness was not good, there were dead bugs in corridors that remained there for some time before being cleaned away. The rooms were dirty, air-con was not working properly, sink not draining, safe broken, toilet flush system broke - not only in our room but also in the room they wanted us to move to!

The Vacation Club offers you standard rooms, which is not what you expect for such a high star rated hotel, only two rooms in the whole hotel have been renovated to date.

Staff were moody and awkward.

The bill needs to be carefully examined, they explained the printer was not working. When examining bills people were finding overcharges of several hundred Euros!

Will never holiday with Sovereign again!
