Easy to access but phone cards don't give the minutes that it says. Also cards with better deals are not always available. Customer service when having problems with card is good.

My experiences of PhoneCard911:

You use card for less than a minute, the $5.00 card I bought, when I check the balance came to 2.00 short. It was a connection fee card.

I bought a 100 min. card with no connection fee. I didn't use it for a day or two, my minutes became short by 20 mins.

I learn that if you should buy from them, check the mins you have, after you use the card and before you use it. Because nextime you use the card, they have deducted minutes from your card. 6 times I have complained about my minutes, they can't seem to understand the problem, that they just add minutes to you anyway. When the only thing I ask is how many minutes I have because the recording didn't say after I have dialed my destination number.
