Stayed At Hotel Don Juan, Cala Millor, 15-22nd May

Stayed at Hotel Don Juan, Cala Millor, 15-22nd May.

Took half an hour to find bus for transfer from Palma Airport, due to people on Resort Hoppa not speaking very good English.

Superb Hotel, but unfortunately, only 4 Brits in there. This should really have been advised before we went. Entertainment very very poor, Bingo three nights in the week, not that we played, but only in German. Another night a woman talking in German for two hours in some mind game.

Like Cala Millor very much, would go back to Hotel but would have to be with British friends for company.

Just To Give People Some Hope If They Have Booked

Just to give people some hope if they have booked Don Juan Hotel already and are worried about it I felt the same and had a fantastic time. It was clean tidy, the staff are friendly and the hotel is not in the hustle and bustle of nightlife so you can get away from it. The food has a good variety there is always something to eat from the selection. So we would definitely go back because it was the best holiday I've been on.

The hotel was not up to standard the only thing good about it was the pool and the food. The entertainment was not that good. If you like bingo your in there. I had cracks in the wall and it looked like some one had hit the railings with a bottle. Its ok for the young people who want to go and get drunk then go back to reck the place, thats all its good for. The best hotels are the ones with sol on the front of the name.

The Fact The The Food Is Poor And The Don Juan Hot

The fact the the food is poor and the Don Juan Hotel is dirty is irellevant but security entering in the middle of the night and maids coming in at any time going through your things is disguting. My mate had his stuff robbed the doors were closed and locked and closed went out 4 and our room was messy. Come back the room was clean beds made even hung are clothes and 200 euros went missing.

Don Juan Hotel - Went For A Week. Wish I Never Bot

Don Juan Hotel - Went for a week. Wish I never bothered. We got woken up every night by screaming lads calling names at passers by. Food was disgusting and over cooked. All I had all holiday was salad and chips! ! ! My friend had paella and found a stone in the size of a 1p coin. It says its a 2 star hotel but I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Even though it looks really nice in the brochure it isn't. Trust me, this will be on holidays from hell soon and I will be very surprised if not! ! ! ! !

I Have Just Returned From A Two Week Holiday At Th

I have just returned from a two week holiday at the Don Juan Hotel and have never been as disgusted in a place in my life.

The whole hotel is disgustingly dirty, it does not appear to have had a good clean or been decorated in years. The bedroom I was staying in had stain marks on the walls where it appears that water had been leaking down the walls and they were paper thin you could hear everything from the adjoining room, there were a couple of chairs in the room you could not sit because of the sun tan lotions that had not been cleaned off in years, I did not get my linen changed for the first eight days and I had not have asked I don't think I would have had it changed all holiday. In the bathroom the taps were coming away from the walls. The balconies are very small with broken tiles and perspect glass around the balcony. The balcony furniture was supposed to be white plastic (it was actually black with all the dirt which had built up over the years).

The food in the hotel was always the same with not much variation and was always cold and congealed. If you like chips you will be ok as they are on every meal as is veal I don't think they know what boiled potatoes are. Also the menu was never as stated on the board.

There was very little entertainment if any and what there was is very substandard therefore it is not recommended for families with children if you like to stay in the hotel at night.

In my opinion this hotel is being promoted as a three star and it only just reaches the standard of a very basic two star if that

You get what you pay for I mean come on seriously it is £199 for a week half board in July, the busiest time, I cannot see what you'd be expecting the Ritz to be honest!

Magaluf, Don Juan Hotel - If There Was A Top Ten L

Magaluf, Don Juan Hotel - If there was a top ten list of the worst hotels in the world this would be one of them. There is no way anybody could enjoy this hotel whatever there background, even if you had just been released from the worst prison in the world!! You will be kept awake all night by chanting youths screaming from their balconies, thugs fighting below the hotel, drums beating till 4am, from where, who knows! walls as thin as cardboard so you can here exactly what the person in the room next door is doing!! The food is prison slop, beliwve me, words could not describe how absolutely revolting this stuff is. I forgot to mention how filthy the whole hotel is, and how unsanitary the place is kept.

Please Please do not go here becouse of the cheap price. You will have the holiday from HELL.

Luckily we where only booked in for three nights, and could move on to a new hotel.

My son and his friends are going to Don Juan, Magaluf in June. I know you pay for the use of the safe deposit, but on arrival are you asked to pay a deposit for the room? I.e breakages etc, feedback much appreciated.
