Worst Company Ever
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order paying with paypal and they rang me to say there was a problem with payment. Everything had gone through my end but cancelled the order anyway. Then got an email to say item dispatched! Was told I would have to return or make another payment. Was sent tracking details that didn't work! Payment still pending in paypal. Basically this company havent a clue.

Figleaves - Avoid At All Costs
I really wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Like others, I bought an expensive tankini. It was unflattering and really hard to get on and off. I therefore returned it. They refused the return as it had a mark on it - the mark was tiny so I wiped off with a damp cloth and returned again (at my own cost). They just sent it back with some customer service language about insisting every customer had a positive shopping experience!! Well I didn't - I am £50 out of pocket and am left with a tankini that is of no use.
Customer service were not open to negotiation but kept saying this does not effect your statutory rights - but could not expand on what my rights were.
As an expensive retailer I expected more. Surely we need to try garments on - their response - wash and shower and remove all products first. I asked if people did this when shopping on the high street - and also what happens with items like fake tan - my responsibility they said - I am not even sure the small mark was even made by me!
Appalling service - read all these reviews before deciding to buy - I would avoid like the plague!

just returned a tankini to figleaves.
They have said there is a mark on it and so I can have it back or they will dispose of it, either way they are not refunding me.
I tried it on once, I am so disappointed as I totally refute this.
I would have been a regular customer but I will NEVER use them again.

If I had read these reviews, I would have saved myself the headache. This company does not put their customers first and does not stand behind their products. I ordered a lounge suit from them. It was soft, the right colour and exactly what I expected so I was happy. However, after washing (and following manufacturers recommendations), it shrank three inches in the legs. This was totally unacceptable and unreasonable, so I returned it and asked for a full refund.
Two weeks later, the items were returned, but without a letter or note of any kind. Of course I called Figleaves to figure if there was confusion and this is the response I received: "After the item was inspected by our Quality Control Team we can see that the care instructions were not followed therefore we cannot deem this item as faulty." I have tried contacting them since, but there's no reply. The items are machine washable and safe for the dryer if inside out. Those aren't difficult instructions to follow.
This unprofessional response has lost Figleaves a good customer.

the item i received was terrible, they refused to refund me properly when an error was their fault and the woman i spoke to was so unbelievably rude. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Refused A Refund Even Though The Parcel Was Never Delivered
I would like to urge everyone not to buy ANYTHING EVER from Figleaves.com. I paid the premium price for next-day delivery for a very expensive order. The parcel never arrived. Figleaves claims it was delivered 'to the front desk' even though there is no front desk in the building and refuses to refund my account or send a replacement.

I returned several items in perfect condition, they have refused to refund these items as they say I returned them marked which I did not. Very poor customer service. I am out of pocket to the tune of £125. I will never buy from them again.
Hello, I am having trouble with a refund at the moment, with them saying my tanking top was marked, did they tell you what type of mark was on your return.

Appalling Customer Service
I bought a strapless bra from them and had an allergic reaction to the silicone in it. I phoned them to let them know and they said there was a warning on the packaging that mentioned that some people could have an allergic reaction to it and so they were not liable at all. Fair enough you might say but the rudeness with which this was said really got my back up. I contacted the bra manufacturer who were very concerned about the treatment i had received from Figleaves and they gave me a full refund and 2 additional bras from their range for free!! Now that's what i call customer service!!
I politely emailed Figleaves to tell them of my experience thinking it was possible that i had just got a very rude member of staff but they didn't even reply to my email, and reading through other feedback comments on the internet about them its obvious that this is the way they treat everyone.
I will never shop there again.
