Salford Man with a Van

I came to use this firm via a reverse auction website called Anyvan. This firm is owned by a man and a woman from Charlesworth of Salford. They came in with the lowest quote to take some things from Stockport to my new home in Spain. They were 24 hours late in collecting my goods, & did not deliver until after I had involved the Police. When my goods arrived they were just dumped outside my address in poor condition. They failed to answer emails, texts or phone calls. They lied repeatedly & refused to tell me where my goods were, so that I could arrange for them to be picked up. Totally untrustworthy & dishonest. Since then I have been made aware of several other customers in the same situation, having paid money up front to these people. Anyvan did return their part of the fee, however, I would have preferred an honest firm to have given me a quote. This firm gives all transport providers a bad name.
