This company was dreadful from the start. They turned up with one less person than promised and still charged us extra because it took longer with just the two movers. Then we discovered one mover had taken a cheque from our chequebook, forged wife's signature and stolen £500 from us. Then we discovered he had a criminal record.  The police are now involved. Muvus have refused to accept responsibility for anything or give any compensation. They will not return our calls or give us their insurer's details. So now there is someone out there with criminal record, who has stolen hundreds from us and knows where we live and exactly what is in our house. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY.
