“AWFUL - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! ”

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY. Completely unprofessional. One of the main employers of the business is a horrible ignorant individual. She told a pregnant lady who worked for her - who was at the time being sick in hospital - to get back to work asap. When I handed my notice in, they forgot to let the company know who I was working for and preceded to blame me for their mistake. There are much better agencies out there, do not bother applying for this one!!!

Hi Hodge23,

Are you referring to Star Medical Ltd? They have asked me for lots of things, like passport, driving licence and signature, before I've even spoken to anyone about the Customer Service Agent job. Is it the same company you are referring to?
