Atrocious & would stay away from

I am a non UK citizen and required a visa. I applied through Michael Page and the bad service I received was beyond belief :

A) emailed my recruiter 3 times over a few weeks and never got a reply from her. Had to call the office up myself constantly chasing for interview dates with no real results or the phone being picked up by the receptionist but getting no call back

B) rudeness from a second recruiter claiming because it's not her client she is unaware and that they are not being complacent. Only later did she attempt to help

C) finally with an interview date set the company cancelled it the day before for me to find out that they did not realize I needed a visa and that this was not communicated to them by my recruiter that had assured me multiple times the situation was handled

There is no sense of customer service or remorse at all over the trouble they put people through and like other reviews, it reflects that they don't care, do not treat you as a person and for the sake of your career much better off looking at other recruitment agents that are much better and more qualified.
