The best recruitment agency I've ever dealt with

I occasionally get approached by recruiters via linkedin and typically I feel like I'm wasting my time as they are generally unresponsive, unhelpful, or trying to discuss roles that I would not be interested in.

Metrica, on the other hand, have been excellent throughout my experience.

They contacted me about an interesting position and contact was helpful, concise, and friendly throughout. Although I unfortunately didn't get offered the initial position following an interview, Metrica took note of my personal likes/dislikes and preferences, and kept my record on file for another day.

So a few weeks later they were in touch again about another interesting and relevant role that I would have been unlikely to find myself if searching. Fast-forward a few weeks and I've accepted the job.

Metrica didn't stop there (as most would), but have helped me with every step along the way - negotiating contract terms, all the way up to handing in notice with my old employer and starting my new job.

I would definitely recommend and I hope they keep me on file for the future!
