“poor customer service”

we purchased a new pc from them. firstly they forgot to enclose the discs that we paid extra for & the DVD writer didn't work. Their solution was for me (a builder) to open it up & mess around with it to fix or remove it. yes it might be fine but what if I made an error & damaged something else. so my wife downloaded the missing disc stuff, meaning we don't need the faulty £25 (probably less than a tenner to mesh) DVD writer anymore. so, now we now have to get a courier to collect it the pc, return it to mesh they, remove the DVD writer & courier back to us .how that can make any cost effective business sense is beyond me. it also leaves us without a PC for god knows how long. if they insist on wasting money it would be better for an engineer to pop in when next in the area. hey could have just given us £25 as a goodwill gesture. otherwise PC is performing as expected, such a shame the service always seems to let them down.

“Selling Inferior Goods!”

I placed my order on the Mesh Web-site and paid upfront using my credit card because the sales pitch said “get this Laptop by….”, which was a date 4 working days after placing said order. Seven working days later, I rang Mesh, to be told the machine would be delivered the following Tuesday, by which stage it was 17 days after I had first placed my order. I took the stating delivery day Tuesday off from work to receive the long awaited laptop. By 2pm on the day however, having heard nothing, I rang Mesh to be told the laptop wouldn’t be delivered that day. When I finally received the lap-top, I checked the properties to ensure I had the spec that I'd paid for only to find it had just 4 gigs of RAM and not the 8 (4 gig upgrade) that I had paid for. I asked for a refund of the £69 for the RAM upgrade that I had not received, only to be told, well its been fitted so you’ll have to send the RAM back to us if you want a refund. I said “well clearly it’s not working, so could you send me a new 4 gig RAM stick if I’ve got to open up the lap-top up anyway"? They did but that didn’t work either, which means I’ve been sold a duff Mother Board. I’ve alerted Mesh to this and they’ve now told me that this machine only takes 4 gigs of RAM (despite what the advert said) so if I send them back the 4 gig upgrade stick, they will reimburse me my £69. I suspect they know they have sold me a duff mother board and are now fobbing me off by saying this machine only takes 4 gigs of RAM – if they've made such a grave error in their advertised machine, then are they fit to be building and selling computers people! Needless to say, I won’t be buying from them again…

Dreadful company with appalling customer service. Gave them a bad review on another site and the next day received an email advising that my comments had been passed to their legal department!. Must be bad if they need a legal department!

“Totally fed up !!!”

Returned my computer 3 weeks ok straight away they knew what the problem was a faulty mother board and thats it nothing else from them , emailed them twice each time receiving the same reply , its a faulty mother board ! I know this i just want to know when im getting it back , ive tried to phone them 3 times and theres never anyone there to take your calls . This is not good enough, i paid for gold cover when purchasing my pc i dread to think what standard is like ! Their after sales customer service is awfull !wish i had known about this before making my purchase

I've been tricked too by Mesh flogging me a lap-top with a faulty mother board and e-mails go unanswered and the telephonist just says the CEO / Manager etc are busy in meetings and she can't help when you call...

“Awaiting replacement or repair”

I have had to send back a faulty GTX 1080 Graphics card that failed. Although they have said they had received it (after a prompt from me) I have not heard any more. I have since sent 2 emails asking for information, and as to date both have been ignored. Having said that this is my 3rd MESH PC over the many years I have been a customer of theirs and this is the first time I have had any problems but if this is the way they treat customers who develop faults I cannot recommend them.

“Customer disservice”

Computer will be with you middle of week,end of week ,for 2wks didn't tell me they were waiting for component. Then told me it had been shipped it wasn't. System finally arrived after 5wks. hdd not secured ram not running at 3000mhz, no factory over clock applied. They phoned to talk me through memory setup, system now unstable. No joy on over clock they said it couldn't be done with air cooling, when every other system builder can and they offer this service. They then wanted me to buy a water cooler off them change the cooler myself and overclock myself. Have rejected system which is faulty and not what ordered now they want to charge me for win10. Appalling.

“Poor at best”

Where to begin? The salesman on the phone assured me that buying computer that way, rather than online, would mean that it arrived in 10 days. When it didn't arrive then I emailed MESH, got no reply. My machine eventually arrived after 21 days. As I removed it from the box there was a loud rattle. I opened the case to find that the RAM chip was loose, not in place. After a struggle inserted RAM in place. Started computer, loaded programs etc. Turned computer off.Computer failed to start on next attempt. Rang customer services,no answer (Friday mid afternoon), tech services eventually did answer. They advised me to try various things, still didn't work. Was told to return machine, which I did, was told it should be back on the following Wednesday. On the Wednesday was told to expect a delivery, waited in.An attempt was made to deliver package that was obviously not a computer. Phoned customer services, no answer. Contacted tech services who confirmed that they had my computer, (about 10 miles away as the crow flies) but hadn't yet opened the parcel. I was angry, tech was conciliatory. Computer was returned on Friday (28 days after order), repair sheet showed that not only RAM but also graphics card had needed to be re seated. Started computer, it hung up with message that fan wasn't working. Rang MESH tech in anger and despair. Tech, with whom I now had a familiar relationship, talked to me as I opened case again. Discovered fan was blocked by stray power lead, removed lead from fan, computer started. Have since found front USB's not working....

Ordered my 3rd Mesh computer and found the same prompt and efficient treatment (by Tran Che). The machine took 3 weeks to build to my spec, but is excellent and very fast with SSD. No problems so far in 3 months.

“Best computer”

This is the best computer I have ever seen. When I called to place the order the phone was answered straight away by a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant called Tran Che. We went through the spec line by line and she asked questions about my needs and recommended appropriate equipment: which processor, how much RAM, HD, graphics card etc. She gave me a delivery date and the computer was delivered right on time. The computer is super reliable and lightning fast. It's very well equipped fan wise so can be left on 24/7 without overheating and there is even a temperature guage on the case just in case. I would certainly use Mesh again and will always recommend them to friends. In particular ask for Tran Che and she will sort you out straight away.

After doing my research, I found Mesh to be the best one for me. There are many bad companies out there. I bought my Elite Inspire in Feb and I'm happy with it. The sales guy helped me upgrade a few bits and customer service was fine. I had a problem with my PC so I called tech support - it wasn't the best after sales service but they managed to fix my issue and my PC is now fine :)

Not going to lie but when I saw reviews online about this company I wasn't going to buy my first gaming PC from them UNTIL I spoke to a friend who has bought from them before. After some consideration I decided to go ahead and get a quote from them. Sales helped me configure my PC to how I wanted it and advised me. There was a slight delay on the delivery but I was informed in time due to a part not arriving on time - I guess there's nothing either party can do about that. I was then informed when the part arrived and got a call when my PC was ready for delivery - I mean what more could you want? I was informed along the way and am very happy with my PC. I would recommend Mesh.

Bought a custom pc 8 yrs ago and they've supported me over small queries up to this day. Choice of Phone & email support. Very friendly and straight to the point, they know their stuff, you can rely on their advice! They're local to North west London. I buy my HDDs from them and if there is a fault, I simply take it back and replace there and then. *Even amazon prime can't do this in the same afternoon!* Even though they target towards gamers, they're up to date, provide high quality specs always and are just as catering to other customers. (I am not a gamer). The price is right and competitive if you absolutely must base the cheapest price as your main deciding factor.

“Apalling experience”

Bought a top of the range gaming pc, well over £1000 in cost, including free games and anti virus subscription. PC arrived late because of shoddy service by courier. After installation it wouldn't turn itself on, sent e mail to tech support and customer service, no answer received ever. Called customer service but no luck, 20 minutes of usual waffle messages on extremely high demand, your call is important, bla bla bla...Dialled Sales option instead and guess what? They answer on second ring!! Was promised call back within 30 min by tech support... never happened... eventually found problem myself and managed to start PC only to find out that free games were not there... this time called sales directly and again immediate answer, was sent codes and procedure only to find out that instructions are wrong so burned a game because code is now wasted... and to top it all up the anti virus I paid for isn't activated either and I have no code to do so.... Stay away from this lot, they are good at selling but it stops there!

“Mesh computers 1st time Happy customer”

I ordered my new i5 Skylake pc from Mesh just before Christmas, I must admit I was a little concerned about some reviews I can across whilst doing my research but I decided to try them as the spec I was after was very reasonably priced. I had no problem contacting Mesh when I had a question regarding my order, the phone was answered straight away & email was replied to the same day, all in all I found them friendly & helpful. My new PC arrived just after Christmas (I was not expecting or had requested Christmas delivery) The delivery arrived on time via DPD. The machine was well packaged and undamaged, and I am very pleased with it enough in fact to send Mesh a thank you email (not usual for me to do) hence they replied & asked if I would be kind enough to post a review for them, Here it is ! I'm not an expert on PC builds but the service and quality of machine I have received is great. A lot of the bad reviews I've seen concern missed deliveries & cancellations rather than the product quality, personally I can cut a cut some slack on delivery etc... when ordering a top end custom built machine, I would rather wait a little bit longer & get my ideal PC than get into a row about a dead line.

“Elite Inspire PC November 2015”

This is my third pc from Mesh but unfortunately will be my last. No problem with the pc as they are well configured but what customer services they have ate abysmal. If you email them they only respond when you phone and enquire about your email. Avoid them altogether is my advice.

THE ORDER I Ordered a customized build of the 'Elite Skylake Turbo': Totalling £1628.00 A substantial build order it was thus, I was expecting a lot from Mesh. In the past I have always built any desktop I have used, however, after pricing the build up, even if I ordered and built the machine myself the cost difference would have been negligible. Thus, I ordered from mesh to give a long established company a shot. I'm honestly glad I did. THE PRODUCT: The build is fantastic quality and everything seems to be well fitted and secured. The water cooler is secure and stable which despite enduring a long distance transit(200+ miles)everything was still secure. Most assembled machines can quite easily become damaged/loose if not secured properly during transit, this was not the case. After inspecting the components themselves and the fittings of the internals for any damage/quality, I moved onto the software side of things. I inspected firstly the Over-clocking side on the Asus Z170 and although the voltage increase with fan support wasn’t much, performance wise the 7600k seemed to be running flawlessly when under strain at a moderate 4.3Ghz. So although I would have pushed it a little higher, this was a safe boundary I suppose. I further inspected the software and version of Windows 10 (gah windows). The OS was fully updated, with all drivers installed and reporting no issues. The was however one issue relating to software I found: I was missing the 90day trial of Bull guard Internet Security. Although not a great issue as explained to Mesh's customer service, it do find it a little annoying when it specifically appears on the order sheet yet not on the machine itself. Overall, the build is excellent and I've very pleased; I have summarised as follows: The quality of the hardware side of things: 10/10 The quality of Software side of things: 9/10 The quality of communication/process: 9/10 Overall happiness with product for price: 10/10

“Custom Satisfaction ”

After speaking to a technical member of Mesh Computers over the phone as I'm not really into computers enough to know what I'm talking about and with the advise I was given I ordered a computer, however after receiving my order I found once I'd unpacked the computer the tower was rafter large (Full Tower) which wasn't fully explained to me, I contacted Mesh Computers and explained my dissatisfaction about the Full Tower which Mesh Computers fully understood and exchanged the Full Tower to a Mid Tower over a period of approximately a week at no extra cost, the only extra cost was for the collection/delivery etc, however the only minor issue I had was at the beginning with Mesh not returning my calls to discuss this matter and for a collection date to be arranged. I would certainly order another computer from Mesh Computers as there after sales procedure is 100%.
